Born and raised in Togo, Flamay has been an active member of different youth and student organizations for more than 10 years. SInce the beginning, he is a passionate advocate of environmental issues. In his country, he is one of the pioneers in advocating youth participation in the water-related debates and processes. He organized the first national youth conference on water in Togo in 2013, and established the National Youth Parliament for Water in Togo in 2014, which he chairs. holds a degree in sciences and technologies with specialization in Water and Environment Management, and is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management. Flamay currently serves as Project Assistant at Eau Vive Togo. Since 2015, Flamay is Africa Regional Representative at World Youth Parliament for Water.
