Roshen, born and raised in Sri Lanka, holds his bachelor’s in Chemical & Process Engineering and is also competent in accounting, management and economics. His academic and professional interests lie in environment, particularly water, development and climate change. He sees a great potential in water sector to accelerate and transform holistic human development and believes that youth empowerment provides powerful means to realize success in the process. Thus, he served the World Youth Parliament for Water as the Asian Representative from 2012 to 2015. After, professionally, getting exposed to infrastructure development and industrial sectors, he is now pursuing his higher studies in economics.
